On 22 December, 2015 the Special General Assembly of the Moroccan Association of Actuaries ruled in favor of the new statutory provisions submitted for its approval, which now allow it to admit institutional members; public, private, national or international entities which contribute or are relevant to, the development of the actuarial sciences. The list of such institutions and entities eligible for membership in the Association, as well as the setting of their annual membership fees, is determined by the Board of Directors.

At the end of 2016, the Moroccan Association of Actuaries counted seven new institutional members among its constituents: Atlanta, Axa Assurances Maroc, Compagnie d’Assurance et de Transport, Saham Assurance, Société Centrale de Réassurance (CDG group), Wafa Assurance, and the “Pôle Prévoyance” of CDG (CNRA et RCAR).
